Fergus hotels was established in 2013 in catalonia, with expansion into mallorca. in 2015, the mallorca hotels separated from the original group, maintaining the brand under the new company. subsequently, they have continued expanding into ibiza and southern spain.
Since 2015, our company has provided continuous advisory services following their segregation from the Catalonia group. Additionally, we have overseen and directed all innovation projects and have been integral members of the management committee.
Key projects during this period have included:
Infrastructure separation of systems and communications from the original group and the implementation of a private MPLS network with Vodafone.
Segregation of PMS and ERP management systems for both hotel chains.
Migration to Office 365 for email systems.
Transition to a Private Cloud infrastructure hosted on Vodafone's platform.
Implementation of Salesforce CRM.
Deployment of a new website, CRS, and RMS.
Digitalization of processes using Sharepoint
