Alua hotels was founded in 2013 with the purchase of marina hotels, subsequently, in 2016, they acquired intertur hotels. finally, it was integrated into the amr resorts group in 2019 as it's european division.
From our company we have accompanied them during all these years with continuous advice and management of adhoc projects including the acquisition of Marina Hotels and the subsequent merge with Intertur Hotels.
During these years the main projects have been:
- Due Diligence of Marine Systems and Intertur
- Merge the PMS and ERP management systems from both hotels chains
- Migrating mail systems to Office 365 and merging mail environments
- Migration of infrastructures to a Private Cloud at Vodafone
- Digitization of billing processes in Sharepoint
- Integration of infrastructures of Hesperia's vacational hotels within the AMR Resorts Europe group.
